The Changing Needs of Mobile Users

We used to think all we needed was a phone to make and receive calls.  Then texting (SMS) became a big thing and we need more connectivity.  As social media like MySpace was replaced by Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest and others grew, our need for unlimited bandwidth as quickly eclipsed the carriers capacity, Wi-Fi capacity, nearly the Internets capacity.

The Carriers are spending billions to catch up and keep their data hunger users from leaving, and still it’s not enough.

The Apple App store has 1.2 million Apps for sale and has paid developers over 13 billion dollar.

Can anyone say “no” to the success of the Internet, Apple and individual developers?
